| Först för er som fick gårdagens brev. Vi hade missat att Blocket valt att förbjuda återförsäljning av biljetter i mars. Alltså får tipsa om Facebook Marketplace och Tradera för vidareförsäljning av biljetter till årets fotomaraton. |
| Vi får många frågor om 8 eller 24 timmar. Det behövs inte bytas biljetter utan oavsett vilken biljett du har så kan du antingen tävla 8 timmar eller 24 timmar. Det enda val du gör är i samband med första målgången på lördagskvällen: antingen lämnar du in dina 8 bilder eller så går du vidare genom natten. Om du köpt en 8 timmarsbiljett så kan du fortsätta, om du köpt en 24 timmarsbiljett så kan du lämna in och tävla i 8 timmars-serien. Vi tycker ju att många ska fortsätta; det är kul, det är utmanande och vi har en mängd med riktigt bra stationer under resten av dygnet! |

| Rätt namn på rätt biljett |
| Ibland köper en person flera biljetter och pga Billettos sätt att skriva in saker blir det fel namn på en biljett. Det kommer lösa sig i samband med inlämningen om ni inte redan innan valt att flytta över biljetten till rätt person. Fördelarna i att göra det ligger exempelvis i att få rätt information till rätt person inför fotomaraton. |

| För er som ska gå fotomaraton första gången så är reglerna bra att läsa igenom. Alla regler finns att läsa på vår sajt. I mer komprimerad form (och det som vi ofta får frågor om): Får man redigera i efterhand? Nej. Utgångspunkten är att du får addera funktioner som du kan applicera innan du tar din bild.För mobiltelefon: Du får endast använda ordinarie app som kom med mobiltelefonen för att ta bilder. De val du kan göra innan du tar bilden är tillåtna. Att addera funktioner eller effekter i efterhand är inte tillåtet.För digital kamera: Du får endast använda filter, effekter och funktioner som du kan addera innan bilden tas.Allt du kan göra innan bilden tas är ok, allt du gör efter bilden är tagen är förbjudet. Du får självklart använda blixtar, stativ, statister Måste man ta alla bilder i rätt ordning? Ja. Varje tema måste tas i rätt ordning tidsmässigt gentemot varandra. Det vill säga att du kan i princip ta alla bilder sista timmen innan målgång (även om det kanske inte är att rekommendera).fyra bilder timme 1 och nästa fyra bilder timme 4. Men bilderna måste vara tagna i ordningen tema 1, tema 2, tema 3 osv. Om du missar det här kommer dina bilder visas på fel tema i slutänden. Det blir ju bara konstigt. Så om du ser det perfekta tema 3 när du redan fotograferat både tema 4 och tema 5 så kan du ta ett nytt tema 3 men då behöver du ta om tema 4 och tema 5 i rätt ordning. Måste jag komma till alla stationer? Ja. Förutom att det är trevligt att träffas så behöver du få en stämpel plus att du får nya teman. Vid inlämningen så kollas dina stämplar. Men det är värt det! Får jag fotografera människor? Vi har skrivit ihop en text om just etik och moral. Allt handlar om respekt för personer men också att det är tillåtet att fotografera människor på offentliga platser. | It’s time to get ready for this year’s photo marathon. We’ll be sharing plenty of information over the coming weeks in letter form. If you feel you’ve missed something, you can find all this week’s letters collected here. First, for those of you who received yesterday’s letter: we missed that Blocket decided to ban ticket resales back in March. So, our recommendation is to use Facebook Marketplace or Tradera if you need to resell your ticket for this year’s photo marathon. We often get questions about the 8 or 24-hour option. You do not need to swap tickets — regardless of which ticket you have, you can compete for either 8 hours or 24 hours. The only choice you make is at the first finish line on Saturday evening: either you hand in your 8 photos, or you continue through the night. If you have bought an 8-hour ticket, you may continue; if you have a 24-hour ticket, you may hand in and compete in the 8-hour series. We think many should continue — it’s fun, it’s challenging, and we have plenty of great stations during the rest of the day and night! Sometimes one person buys several tickets and, due to Billetto’s way of entering details, the wrong name appears on a ticket. This will be sorted out at the hand-in, unless you have already transferred the ticket to the correct person. The advantage of doing this beforehand is that the right person gets the right information ahead of the photo marathon. To “transfer a ticket” (i.e. get the correct name and email address linked to the right participant number), follow these steps: Log in to Billetto.se or use https://billetto.se/ticket_buyer/tickets/events/884911 Go to ‘My tickets’ Click on Stockholm Fotomaraton 2025 Open the ticket and click on “… More” Click on ‘Edit’ Update all the details so they are correct. For those taking part in the photo marathon for the first time, it’s worth reading through the rules. You can read all the rules on our website. Here’s a condensed version, covering what we’re often asked: Can you edit photos afterwards? No. The rule is that you may only apply features available before you take your photo. For mobile phones: you may only use the standard app that came with your phone to take photos. Any adjustments available before taking the shot are allowed. Adding functions or effects afterwards is not permitted. For digital cameras: you may only use filters, effects, and functions that can be applied before taking the shot. Anything you do before the shutter clicks is fine; anything after is prohibited. Of course, you may use flashes, tripods, or models. Do you have to take the photos in the correct order? Yes. Each theme must be photographed in the correct chronological order. This means you could, in theory, take all your photos in the last hour before the finish (though that might not be wise). You might take four themes in the first hour and the next four in the fourth hour — but the order must still be theme 1, theme 2, theme 3, and so on. If you get this wrong, your photos will be shown under the wrong themes, which will be confusing. So, if you spot the perfect shot for theme 3 after already shooting themes 4 and 5, you may retake theme 3 — but then you must also retake themes 4 and 5 in the correct order. Do you have to visit all stations? Yes. Apart from being a nice way to meet people, you need to get a stamp and collect new themes. Your stamps will be checked when you hand in your entry — and it’s worth it! Can I photograph people? We’ve written a piece on ethics and morals.
