  1. Fotomaraton Sverige AB (559209-9732) (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser) will provide all registered participants with participant materials, as long as the participant arrives at the check points within the specified times. The Organiser will do their utmost to keep the competition’s themes secret from anyone who could participate in the contest, up until the start of the contest.
  2. The registration fee is non-refundable. However, participants may sell or transfer their registration.
  3. In the event that the event is cancelled, the ticket fee (excluding any booking fees charged by Billetto) will be refunded as soon as possible.
  4. In the event of force majeure, a maximum of 50% of the ticket fee (excl. booking fees deducted by Billetto) will be refunded.
  5. Force majeure rules apply even if the event must be cancelled due to Covid-19. The Organiser expects to be able to conduct, preferably, a competition with one or more physical check points and, if the former option is not available, a fully digital competition.
  6. Participants give the Organiser permission to store, use and publish the participant’s images in connection with the Organiser’s exhibitions, promotion and marketing. 11. Decisions made by the jury cannot be appealed.
  12. Winners are liable for any applicable tax on their prizes.
  13. All participants must read and at all times follow the rules of the competition. The Organiser always has the final say on how the rules and conditions of the competition are to be interpreted, when discussing e.g. which features of a camera may be used in the competition.
  14. The Organiser is entitled to change the terms and conditions of the contest until the day before the contest. In the event of major changes, registered participants will be notified by the email address provided on registration.

The organizer has the right to refuse non-vaccinated persons to participate. In other words; the organizer has the right to demand that each participant is vaccinated. However, the organizer also has the right (but not the obligation) to exempt from this requirement those participants who belong to groups that are advised against being vaccinated.
  16. Tickets with double and triple submission may only be used by one and the same individual. It is therefore not permitted to have two people sharing such a ticket and submitting separate contributions.
